JonBenét Ramsey Autopsy: The One Detail That Still Haunts Investigators
Jonbent died from asphyxia by strangulation associated with craniocerebral trauma, according to the official autopsy report. Her body showed signs of a fractured skull and a garrote had been tied around her neck. But the one piece of evidence found inside jonbent's body, one that continues to confound detectives, were the contents of her stomach and small intestines: Fragments of a yellow to light.
